This video celebrates Beach Creative's 10th birthday (7 July 2022), and reflects on a small selection of the projects we have delivered to give a flavour to viewers as to what we are about. Now we are permanent residents of our building at Beach House, we are thinking ahead with ambition to improve and expand our provision.

In the Summer of 2019, Emily Rose Parris (of The Darkroom at Beach Creative) delivered a series of cyanotype workshops at Hersden Community Centre as part of the Canterbury Festival.

The project 'New Tricks' aimed to tackle social isolation, enabling individuals who struggle to visit the City Centre to take part in arts activities. Through working in groups, participants had the opportunity to get creative and forge new friendships with members of their community. This project was delivered in Hersden, Barham, Querns and Chartham Community Centres.
