All materials will be provided. All participants will take home the piece of art that they created.

An introduction to the material - soft pastel including a history of the use of pastels and a look at some of the most famous soft pastel artworks
Pastel techniques
Trying out soft pastels
We will discuss the reference picture we are working to, and how pastel layers works
