Herne Bay Young Artists (HBYA) is a group emerging from our Youth Board. Funded by the KCC Arts Investment Fund, HBYA is a pro-active and creative group of young people aged 13 -18 who are developing their own product lines and learning how to market and run their own projects in our space.
