The latest exhibition of diverse work from the Latest Cultural Ambassadors ‘graduates’ who have recently 10-session Arts course, funded by the University for the Creative Arts to provide an opportunity for adults to take up or revisit their creative journey.

About the event
The Cultural Ambassador Course has been running at Beach Creative for ten years this year in partnership with the University for the Creative Arts (UCA), who fund this free opportunity. During this time hundreds of people have taken part, some progressing to Access and Degree - both Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Master of Arts (MA). Some have continued their creative practice in other Arts settings, but for many it has simply fulfilled a long-term wish to study art in an art college based environment having had neither opportunity or encouragement in their lives before. The purpose of the course is: to enable progression; to dispel long-held beliefs that they were ‘no good’ at art; to cope with ill-health or bereavement; or just to have fun, try new things and make some friends.
